Sign In To Your DuoBetz Account
DuoBetz account access starts from the sign-in page on the desktop site. Enter the email address (or username) you used at registration and your password, then confirm to open your personal area. If you donโt have an account yet, you wonโt be able to sign in until you complete registration.
On mobile, you can log in through the browser version or the DuoBetz app, using the same credentials as on PC. The interface is simplified for smaller screens, but the steps stay the same: open the login form, enter your details, and submit. If your session expires, DuoBetz asks you to sign in again before you can use account features.
How To Log In To Your DuoBetz Account
- Open the DuoBetz website or app and wait for the home screen to load.
- Click Log in in the top-right corner (on mobile, open the menu first, then select Log in).
- Enter the email address or username you used when registering, then type your password.
- Press Log in. If DuoBetz asks for a verification code, enter the code sent to your email or phone to complete the sign-in.
Account Verification After Login At DuoBetz
DuoBetz asks for verification when an action triggers identity checks, or when account activity looks inconsistent with earlier details. The goal is to confirm who owns the account and where the player is based.
- When verification is needed: Before the first withdrawal, after a deposit method change, when personal details are edited (name, date of birth, address), after a password or email change, when login location/device shifts sharply, or when a payment is flagged for compliance review.
- How it happens after login: The account stays usable for browsing and play, but cashout and some account changes can be blocked until the review finishes. DuoBetz shows a โVerificationโ or โKYCโ task in the account area and asks for uploads.
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driving licence. The file needs to be clear, in colour, and show full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and the full edges of the document.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter showing the same name and residential address as the account. Issued within the last 3 months is the standard rule.
- Payment method: For cards, a photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits with the middle digits covered, plus the cardholder name if printed. For e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing the account owner and email/ID; for bank transfers, a statement or confirmation showing IBAN/account holder.
- Selfie / liveness check: A selfie holding the ID, or an in-app liveness video. DuoBetz uses it when the account details match but the identity still needs a direct match to the person uploading.
- Name matching rule: The name on the DuoBetz account must match the name on the ID and the payment method. If it does not, withdrawals stay on hold until corrected or the payment method is replaced.
Login Security At DuoBetz
- 2FA: DuoBetz supports two-factor authentication via a time-based one-time password (TOTP) app. After you enter your password, the site asks for a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds. DuoBetz also lets you save a device as โtrustedโ for 30 days; use that only on a personal phone or computer, not on shared devices.
- Password: Use a unique password that you donโt reuse on email, banking, or other casinos. Set at least 12 characters, mixing upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid names, birthdays, and keyboard patterns (for example, โqwertyโ or โ123456โ). A password manager reduces reuse and makes long passwords practical.
- Notifications: DuoBetz sends security alerts for new logins, login attempts from a new device, password changes, and 2FA changes. Keep email alerts turned on and review the timestamp, device, and IP/location details in each message; if anything looks off, reset your password and remove any unknown trusted devices from the account security page.
